PRESBYTERIAN: Please join Manteca Presbyterian Church this Sunday at 10 a.m. for Pastor Dave Warner’s sermon “How to Defeat Discouragement.” Music Minister Anne Talcott will be leading the Praise Team at the beginning of the service as well as directing the choir in the anthem “Gloria.” We would like to invite you to stay and join us for refreshments in the Fellowship Hall immediately following the service. UNITED LUTHERAN
: Join us Sunday, April 18, for the traditional service at 8 a.m. and/ or the contemporary service at 10:30 a.m. Communion will be served at both services. This Sunday’s sermon title is “Joy Beyond Belief.” Nursery care is available for children 6 months to 6 years old. Sunday School is at 9:15 a.m. On Wednesday nights we have Divine Worship Service at 6:30 p.m. followed by Bible study. Everyone is welcome. CALVARY COMMUNITY
: This Sunday morning at Calvary the Extreme Youth Group will be sharing the years’ exciting service projects, testimonies, video clips and picture and expressions of worship.

Calvary offers three Sunday services at 9 and 10:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. with children’s programs at parallel times.

CORNERSTONE COMMUNITY: This Sunday, we are presenting a special drama called “The Chosen Garment” by Steve Mosley. In this dramatic presentation, Steven takes people on a whirlwind tour of the Bible that’s both humorous and deeply moving. This live presentation is one you won’t want to miss. Sunday service begins at 10 a.m. Our Wednesday night service called “The Blitz” is designed for adults who want to be encouraged during the week with a plan from God’s word. The service includes a life-building message, the Play of the Week for families and uplifting music that will build your faith. We also offer: Royal Rangers and MPact Girl’s club for kids - Jr. High and high school. It all starts at 6:30 p.m. and ends at 7:29 p.m. We are located at 17900 Comconex Road. FIRST BAPTIST: You are invited to join us Sunday. Our Sundays begin with Sunday School at 9 a.m. There are classes for all ages. Pastor David Halla has an adult (teen and college age too) class titled, “The World of Error.” We have child care for infants through 4 years old. Pastor Theo Pope will bring the message Sunday during our 10:30 a.m. Morning Worship Service. “Christian History Made Easy” is a 13 week study at 5 p.m. on Sundays and is held in the Keenagers classroom.

Do you enjoy Southern Gospel Music? If so, make plans to be at our church on Saturday, April 24 at 6 p.m. The Herb Henry Family Eternal Praise, All 4 Thee, and Sheri Stambaugh will be ministering in music. There is no charge for admission, but a “Love Offering” will be taken for the groups. Come and bring someone with you.

Our Vacation Bible School theme is “Saddle Ridge Ranch” and will be held Monday, June 21 through Friday, June 25. There is no charge to attend. Your child may sign up the day he or she comes to Vacation Bible School. There will be games, Bible stories, music, snacks, and crafts for each child attend. VBS is for those in 1st grade through completion of 6th grade.

The College/ Career Class meets at 6 p.m. on Tuesdays for a meal and then has Bible study. The adults are studying the book of Revelation on Thursdays at 7 p.m. Saturdays at 9 a.m. is when the men meet for prayer. On the 3rd Saturday of the month, the men meet at 7 a.m. for a Men’s Breakfast and Bible study. Call the church office for the locations. We welcome you to join us for our Bible studies and prayer time.

The food ministry is only on Sundays at 12:15 p.m. (after our morning service) and you must make an appointment. Please call the church office early in the week to schedule an appointment.

ST. PAUL’S UNITED METHODIST
: St. Paul’s United Methodist Church will worship this Sunday at 10 a.m. in the church sanctuary located at 910 East North Street. This Sunday Pastor Emeritus Philip Hall will be preaching a sermon entitled “I’m Worth Something” using Matthew 10:26-31. Lisa Brown will lead the younger children in children’s church and nursery care is provided during the worship services. At 9 a.m. there are classes for all ages.  

Our mid-week service, Wednesday Nite Lite, begins at 6 p.m. with a potluck meal and worship with guitars and singing, and a message and prayer and bible-based activities for the youth and children.  All are welcome to attend.
