: Join us Sunday, June 20, for the traditional service at 8 a.m. and/ or the contemporary service at 10:30 a.m. Communion will be served at both services. This Sunday’s sermon title is “Legacy.” Nursery care is available for children 6 months to 6 years old. Sunday school is at 9:15 a.m. On Wednesday nights we have Divine Worship Service at 6:30 p.m. followed by Bible study. Vacation Bible School “Sailing the High Seas” will take place June 21 - 25 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome. : Happy Father’s Day! This Sunday we will honor the men in our lives with a Father’s Day-theme message. We will have special music including two father/daughter duets and baby dedications. Next Sunday we will continue our “Legends” series with the life of Joseph. Calvary offers three Sunday services, at 9 and 10:30 a.m. and 6 p.m., with children’s programs at parallel times.

: Vacation Bible School - The theme this year is “Saddle Back Ranch” and it will begin on Monday, June 21, and end on Friday, June 25 (8:50 a.m. - 12 noon). Saddle up for VBS 2010 where kids will be ridin’ the range and roundin’ up questions like, “What is God’s plan for me?” and “How can I be like Jesus?” At the end of the day, they’ll discover God’s word has all the answers. This is for children who have completed 1st through 6th grades. We’ll have games, Bible stories, music, crafts, and snacks. Your child may register Monday, June 21, at 8:30 a.m. (or any other morning at 8:50 a.m. during VBS.) There is no charge for attendance. A Family Night is scheduled for Thursday, June 24, at 7 p.m. Families can see what their children did and learned during Vacation Bible School.

Sunday is Father’s Day and during our service all fathers will be acknowledged. We welcome you to join us. Our Sunday School begins at 9 a.m. and our Morning Worship Service is at 10:30 a.m. Pastor Theo Pope will bring the message during our service. We have child care for infants through 4 years old.

Mid-week Bible Studies: The College/Career Class is on Tuesdays at 6 p.m., the adults meet at 7 p.m. on Thursdays, then on Saturdays at 9 a.m. the men join for prayer. On the 3rd Saturday of the month the men get together at 7:30 p.m. for a Men’s Breakfast and Bible study. Call the church office for the locations.

The food ministry is only on Sundays at 12:15 p.m. (after our morning service) and you must make an appointment. Please call the church office early in the week to schedule an appointment.
