Woodside Homes is celebrating the start of its Turn-Key sales event this weekend, allowing homebuyers to unlock their choice of instant upgrades or assistance with interest rate buydowns or closing costs.

As part of the promotion, customers who purchase their new home by August 31 will enjoy a selection of any two of the available bonuses including: a designer-coordinated package of a new stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator, washer, dryer and window coverings; backyard landscaping; or up to $5,000 toward closing costs.

“The Turn-Key sales event provides added value for homebuyers wanting to maximize savings on their home purchase,” said Scott Hoisington, division president for Woodside Homes.  “Buyers can utilize the offers to create a move-in ready Turn-Key home without having to make additional investments in items such as appliances, window coverings or landscaping.  Or they can lower their cost of owning the home by reducing their interest rate and saving on closing costs.”

Woodside Homes is building new homes at 11 communities throughout northern California including Sacramento, Rancho Cordova, Marysville, Stockton and Manteca.  Emphasizing the company’s new “design, build, live” commitment, at each community, buyers have the option to customize their new homes by selecting a homesite, floor plan and interior design to fit their lifestyle.

“Our expert team works with each buyer to help create a design that fits their needs,” said Hoisington.  “Some of our neighborhoods also have a selection of move-in ready homes for those wanting to move quickly.”

Woodside Homes designs and builds homes to be highly energy efficient, allowing buyers to live comfortably while saving resources and minimizing utility bills.  Some of the energy-saving features included with most homes are radiant barrier roof sheathing; optional solar panels; high efficiency air conditioners and gas furnaces; Energy Star GE appliances and more.

Founded in 1977, Woodside Homes has become one of the nation’s top 25 homebuilders.  With new home communities in Arizona, California, Nevada, Texas and Utah, the company operates with the objective to build a home with lasting value, integrity and quality while providing excellent service throughout the sales, construction and after move-in processes.
