Woodside Homes celebrated the start of its Spring Fling Bonus sales event last weekend, giving buyers their choice of five valuable move-in bonuses with the purchase of a new home. From now through the end of March, homebuyers who purchase a complete, or nearly completed Woodside home will have their choice of backyard landscaping; window coverings and appliances; design center upgrades such as flooring or countertops; builder upgrades such as patios, room options or media niches; or having their closing costs paid. “This is a ‘Spring Break’ for homebuyers looking to take advantage of the current, prime buying conditions,” said Scott Hoisington, division president for Woodside Homes.
