The first site plan to build in the CenterPoint Intermodal Business Park northwest of Airport Way and Lathrop Road in Manteca has been submitted to city hall for review

The first building is a 1,228,500-square-foot warehouse and distribution center on 68.5 acres located near Roth Road.

By comparison, the largest current building in Manteca is the 550,000-square-foot Ford Motor Company small parts distribution center in Spreckels Park.
