The retirees are Lewis Clark, police sergeant; Peggy Miller, animal services control officer; Jim Stone, Deputy Director Public Works overseeing utility services; Ron Tilton, solid waste collection worker III; firefighter William Todd; and Mark Hall, Parks and Recreation Director.
Six City of Manteca employees will have returned by the time 2014 rolls around.
