RIPON – Ted Johnston will present an update on the park restroom facilities in need of repair, replacement and the maintenance schedule at Tuesday’s Ripon City Council meeting. He’s the public works director. Johnston was aware of the concerns by Renee and Danny Toledo, who said they were disgusted with the recent conditions of the restrooms at Community Center and the Curt Pernice Skate Park.
