Two photos were switched that ran on Page 3 of the Dec. 24, 2009 involving a DUI warrant sweep. The top photo incorrectly identified a man being led away by a Manteca Police officer while followed by a TV news crew as Thomas Michael Obrien, Jr., 42. The photo was actually of Joseph Gabriel Eggert, 36, who was arrested for violating his parole during a parole sweep. The bottom photo indicated it was Eggert. It was not. The photo actually was of Thomas Obrien Jr., 42, who was cited and released and ordered to appear in court. The sweep resulted in 20 arrests of individuals who failed to either report to court or jail involving DUI charges.
