The South County Crime Stoppers organization is offering up to a $1,000 reward leading to the arrest of two responsibles in a Monday night shooting in a Lathrop home in the 12000 block of Harlan Road.

The suspects were reportedly confronted by the 43-year-old male resident who was subsequently shot by a masked man who was dressed in all black clothing.  There was a second man also dressed in black who had entered the home.

A 23-year-old woman had hidden herself in a bedroom closet and kept in contact with a Sheriff’s department dispatcher for hours while deputies surrounded the house and waited for the SWAT team to make entrance.

Anyone with information on the shooting may remain anonymous in calling Crime Stoppers at 823-4636 or the Lathrop Police Services at 858-5551. A caller’s name is never used, but rather they are assigned a number to collect their reward.
