Ashley Furniture was issued a conditional use permit last month for a nearly 1.5 million square foot building that will be constructed on Dos Reis Road. Once completed, the furniture retailer will move from its Harlan Road location to the new facility – which will also include a retail furniture outlet.
When Ashley Furniture moved into a 525,000 square foot facility on South Harlan Road in 2018, it’s doubtful that they had planned on outgrowing the facility in just five years. But that’s exactly what has happened.
