• FIRE, JULIE LANE, SEPT. 17: Manteca Fire Department firefighters were dispatched, on automatic aid, to a structure fire on Julie Lane on Monday afternoon. Upon arrival, crews performed water supply and fire attack, checking the attic for fire extension.

• HAZARDOUS MATERIALS INCIDENT, HIGHWAY 99, SEPT. 17: Firefighters responded to a hazardous material incident on Highway 99 on Monday morning. Upon arrival, they found a delivery box truck off the roadway leaking diesel fuel. Upon investigation, Firefighters found a long piece of square tubing lodged in the passenger-side saddle fuel tank. Approximately 10 gallons of diesel fuel was on the ground. Firefighters performed hazardous materials leak control and containment measures to secure the leak and abate the fuel hazard to the ground.

• FIRE, MOFFAT BOULEVARD. SEPT.1
6: Firefighters were dispatched to an outdoor fire on Moffat Boulevard on Sunday evening. Upon arrival, they found there had been a rubbish fire in a mobile home park. Firefighters checked the area to ensure that the fire had been completely extinguished with no threat or extension to the nearby mobile homes before they released the scene.
