As Manteca residents shop for their Super Bowl party this weekend, they will find the Manteca High football team honored on special commemorative Crystal Creamery milk cartons.

“While pro football dominates the weekend, we, at Crystal Creamery, are very proud to have the opportunity to recognize the hard work and sacrifice put forth by our region’s athletes, the coaches and the players families through these commemorative milk cartons,” said Frank Otis, Crystal Creamery’s President and CEO. He added, “For these Section champions, today they are being honored on our milk cartons and in a few years maybe we will be seeing some of them compete in the Super Bowl.”

As a sponsor of the Sac-Joaquin Section of the California Interscholastic Federation, Crystal Creamery has featured more than 50 Section Champions for fall, winter and spring sports to honor the success of the student athletes. In addition, the company has featured local Section Champions on billboards in the Sacramento region. Crystal Creamery is also providing high schools in the Sac-Joaquin Section with nutritional information for athletes and exploring fundraising opportunities with interested schools.

The commemorative milk cartons are on sale at local grocers including Nugget Markets, O’Brien’s Markets and Wal-Mart.
