The winter break is now in session.
Manteca Unified and Ripon Unified will both be closed to the public from now through the early parts of the new year.
At MUSD, the district office will resume business hours on Tuesday, Jan. 2.
For students, they’ll return to the classroom on Jan. 9, with the school sites also reopening during that time.
Ripon Unified will be closed to the public until after Jan. 8.
The third annual professional learning event for the teaching staff is planned for that day.
The theme will be the Multi-Tiered System of Support, with the keynote speaker being Jeff Eben, a motivational speaker whose focus builds organization culture.
On Jan. 9, students there will also return to the classroom.
