LATHROP - San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Department reported Mario Pena as a missing person.

His girlfriend and mother of his child reported the Lathrop man had displayed signs of depression along with suicidal tendencies.

She reported Pena, who’s in his early 20s, had left the house in the 800 block of O Street during the early morning hours last Tuesday, Oct. 27.
