LIVERMORE (AP) — Police say two football players from a San Francisco Bay Area high school are under arrest after holding down a freshman teammate and shaving part of his head. Livermore police spokeswoman Officer Traci Rebiejo tells the Contra Costa Times (Monday that the two 17-year-old boys were arrested last week on suspicion of misdemeanor hazing, false imprisonment and battery. She says a third boy could be arrested this week.
