WB Warehousing & Logistics is a success story unto itself at its 270,000-square-foot packaging facility and distribution center in the 1200 block of Moffat Boulevard.
Workers gathered in the warehouse Monday to celebrate their past four years of growth.
Congressman Jeff Denham was invited to cut the anniversary cake with WB General Manager Aldo Gagnino and Kevin Terrill, president of Terrill Transportation located adjacent to WB and transports all of the outgoing freight. Terrill has 100 temperature controlled trucks and another 300 standard vehicles that serve WB.
The Manteca operation is one of more than half a dozen across the country including a sister warehouse in Stockton staffed with 157 employees. The Manteca facility has 125 workers with both facilities operating two shifts. The company packages nuts, sugar and anything organic in an air purified environment. Other warehouse operations are in Wisconsin and New Jersey.
WB serves customers that require clean, efficient storage and handling of goods both seasonally and year round. With capabilities for everything from food to manufacturing components, reports indicate they are capable of meeting the needs of customers across a variety of industries.
WB Warehousing & Logistics is a division of Kreilkamp Trucking, an asset based, privately owned nationwide 3PL warehousing and distribution firm in its third generation of family ownership over the past 75 years.
WB partners with the Performance Group providing sales and marketing services for Safeway and other Northern California firms. They specialize in gaining new distribution and shelf placement as well as working with retailers on promotional plans to drive sales and profits for both retailers and manufacturers. WB works closely with them in assisting its clientele.
