Ms. Augustina (Ramos) Brunner peaceful passed away at home on January 21, 2021 with family surrounding her. She was born on August 28, 1932 in Elk Grove, CA.
   She attended local schools in the Stockton, CA area. Augie was the name she was known for. Alone she raised two daughters, Joanne Kay (Hughes) Juarez and Shelley Lynn Hughes. She loved her daughters’ and would sacrifice a lot to raised them. While working the local canneries she went to school during the evenings to obtain her LVN License. She was nurse for 30 years at Dameron Hospital in Stockton, CA.
   During retirement she kept busy by, gardening, canning, shopping, cooking and visiting family and friends.
Later in life she married the love of her life Walter M. Brunner, they were married and had known each other for 33 years. They loved to camp and fish, every year they would go Brightman Camp site in Sierra Mountain and invited friends and family to join them.
   Augie was a life time member of Veteran of Foreign War, she loved to socialize and loved people, she was known for being very giving, caring, and supportive of others.  She was known for making her enchiladas and annually during the holidays make her famous tamales with a circle of special friends ends.  She always looked forward to making her tamales.  Augie was the last of the Ramos siblings.
   She was preceded in death by, Bernardino Ramos, father, Micaela Ramos, mother, Joe, brother, Jesus, brother, Marshall, brother, Charles, brother, Frankie Ramos, brother, Tillie Clark, sister, Sunday Limas, sister, and Jennie Ramos, sister and numerous nephew”s and niece’s
