Betty Eavenson, 90, entered into rest on March 16, 2021 in Manteca, CA. She was born in Nevada on June 26, 1930 to the late Amil and Luella Balch.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Paul, daughter Kim Eavenson, and brother Buster Balch.
Ms. Eavenson is survived by her children, Alan Eavenson, Bruce Eavenson (Monica), Luella Eavenson, grandchildren, Amy Moser (Miles) and Emily Eavenson and one sister, Alice Shoemaker.
Betty retired after 25 years as an operator for Verizon. She enjoyed her home, holiday get-togethers, cooking for family and friends, where she was well known for cooking a wonderful roast beef dinner. In her younger years she enjoyed spending time outdoors with her husband fishing, camping, traveling and gardening.
When her grandchildren were little she looked forward to taking care of them, spending quality time, she loved them unconditionally. Betty was a member of the Church of Christ. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother. She will be deeply missed.
