On December 26, 2019, Beverly Housden passed into the Eternal Love of God.  Beverly will be profoundly missed by her family, friends, and all who she touched with her giving nature.  
   She was born on June 17, 1948 in Los Angeles, California and grew up in Manteca, California where she went to St. Anthony’s Catholic School.  Beverly dedicated her career to helping people with their real estate and property management needs in the Manteca and the surrounding areas for over 35 years.  She served as a mentor to many people helping them develop their business and professional skills. Beverly supported the community for many years by providing turkeys to struggling families through Turkeys R Us, serving as a board member of Crime Stoppers who are dedicated to providing safety in Manteca, and supporting veterans in the American Legion Auxiliary.  
   In her free time, Beverly enjoyed knitting blankets for family and friends.  Beverly had a love for the ocean and traveled extensively  to tropical destinations.  Beverly was an avid reader and had a passion for gardening inspired by her mother Loretta and she was often found enjoying her backyard of fruit trees with her beloved dog, Bella.    
   Beverly is remembered by her son Michael, his wife Kelli, and grandson Aaron, her daughter Audra, granddaughter Rebecca, her husband Mark, and great-grandson, Luke, her grandson, Brandon and his wife Codie.
   A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 4, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 16200 Cambridge Drive, Lathrop, CA  95330 at 11 a.m. For condolences to the family please visit our website at www.plfryandson.com search obituaries.
