David P. King 52, entered into rest on October 29, 2017 in Manteca, CA. He was born on October 30, 1964 in Manteca, CA. He is preceded in death by his father John King.
   Mr. King is survived by his mother, Mary King, daughter Michelle King, two grandsons, Kaysen King and Luke Weippert as well as, his two brothers, John Jr. and Joseph King.
   David was a lifetime resident of Manteca, graduating from Manteca High School, class of 1982. After high school David proudly served his country through the United States Coast Guard; honorably discharged after serving six years. He was a member of Luso American and enjoyed reading. David was a hardworking handyman who always had a helping hand when others were in need. He will be remembered as a loving, son, brother, father and grandfather.
   P.L .Fry & Son is honored to be serving the King family. Visitation will be on Monday, November 6, 2017 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. held at P.L.Fry & Son Funeral Home, 290 N. Union Rd., Manteca, CA.
A graveside will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 11:00  a.m. at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery, 17871 S. Carrolton Rd., Escalon, CA. An online guest book is available for condolences to the family at www.plfryandson.com
