Debra Kenoyer passed away on January 13, 2026, in Manteca, California. She was born on July 5, 1950, in Arkansas and had been a resident of Manteca for the past 73 years.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 35 years, Gary Kenoyer.
Debra is survived by her sons, Darryl Peters and Shawn DeSimas; her stepdaughter, Cari Gainous; her grandchildren Dylan, Carly, Tristan, Brittney, and Blake and several great-grandchildren. In addition, she survived by her cherished niece Joan; and her siblings, Bill McNeer and Norma McDonald.
Debra worked for 19 years at Holly Sugar and later spent nine years at LOF as a factory technician before retiring. She was a member of the Moose Lodge and enjoyed watching the Olympics, football; especially the San Francisco 49ers, and spending time with friends and family at backyard barbecues and fish fries.
Debra will be remembered for her outgoing spirit, kind heart, and deep love for family. Her legacy is one of love, laughter, and always being there for others.
