Frances Ann Zaragoza, 83, passed away peacefully on February 29, 2020 with her family by her side. Frances was born on April 2, 1936 to Soledad and Higinio Cuellar in Tracy, CA.
She celebrated 57 years of marriage to her sweetheart Willie before his passing 10 years ago. France’s love and commitment was devoted to her children and grand- children, she enjoyed family gatherings and holidays for many years. She loved her music and dancing and was always the first on the dance floor. Grandma will be remembered for her home-made tortillas especially to her grandsons and tamale making with her daughters. She was truly one of a kind and will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, and adored by her
god-daughters. Her siblings are Joe Cuellar, Louie Cuellar, Helen Aguire and Dolores (Lola) Cuellar.
Frances is survived by her daughters, Charlotte (Ray) Gonzalez, Mercy
Zaragoza, Josie (Steve) Garcia, Neely Rios and son Willie Jr. (Jessica) Zaragoza, 15 grandchildren and 21 great- grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband William, son Anthony and grandson Joel Zaragoza.
Services will be held Friday, March 13, at Park View Funeral Home, at 3661 French Camp Road, Manteca, CA, 95336. Rosary to be held at 9 a.m. with memorial at 10 a.m. with final resting place at Tracy Cemetery.
