Frances Lee Rita “Fran,” 81, entered into rest Saturday July 4, 2015 in Manteca. She was born on September 1, 1933 in Oakland, California.
   She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph Repose and Ann Philips as well as her husband of 24 years Robert Rita, her son John Stewart and sibling Margaret McCuen.  Fran leaves behind her children, Steve Stewart of Fairfield, Sherry Pestana of Manteca, Victoria Rita of Castro Valley, Barbara Keller of Hayward and Robert Rita of Modesto. She was blessed with 16 grandchildren, Leah, Ty, Steve, Amber, Amber, Megan, Joseph, Zachariah, Sammy, Joshua, Nicole, Hayley, Jonathan, Alexandra, Carson, Caiden and 17 great grandchildren. She has two surviving siblings, Donald Repose of Lakehead and Jean Marciel of Manteca.
Frances was a Manteca resident for 15 years. She retired from Brockway Glass Company. Fran was known for her kindness and generosity. She loved all her children and grandchildren! She enjoyed fishing and camping with her family and the “occasional” trip to casinos. She loved to travel and spend time with her family. Fran will be remembered for her unconditional love and her zest for life. She will be greatly missed by many.
