Resident of Manteca and former resident of Brisbane. Fran passed away peacefully on February 20, 2014, at 78. Fran loved her three children, Barbara Verniest Caulley, Joe Verniest, and John Verniest; two step children Charles Hyer Jr. and Patricia Hyer; two sisters Agnes Sevilla and Bonnie Bologoff; as well as eight grandchildren, and a great grandchild.
