Frank Anton Boesch

Frank Anton Boesch was born on September 11, 1925 to John and Viola (Ellingsworth) Boesch in Cantril, Iowa. On a blind date, he found the love of his life, Shirley, and they were married for 60 years prior to her death in 2009. He is preceded in death by his grandson, Manuel Guzman, his brother and sister, John and Roseanna and his parents, John and Viola.

He moved his family to California in 1952 to Chowchilla and relocated to Manteca in 1953. He owned Curtis Breeding and was later employed by Nestle’s.

Frank is survived by his children, Bonnie (Manuel) Guzman of Lathrop, Barbara (Don) Jaramillo of Manteca and Frank (Sheryl) of Florida; his grandchildren: Gina Jaramillo, Donald Jaramillo Jr., Marsha Herrera, Matthew Boesch and Amanda Boesch. He is survived by 11 great-grandchildren: Brandon, Michael, Tyler, Gabby, Alex, Cruz, Julian, Donovan, Peyton, Francesca and Samuel. He is also survived by his sister Virginia Franklin of Iowa.

He served in the Navy during WWII. Frank was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. He loved his family. He was a member of Journey Church in Manteca. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
