Humberto De La Torre 49, entered into rest on Wednesday, October 25, 2010 in Modesto California. He was born on July 1, 1961 in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico. To the late Mr. Rene De La Torre and his surviving mother Mrs. Leticia De La Torre. In addition he is preceded in death by his sister Elvira De La Torre.

 He leaves behind his loving wife of 25 years Zulema De La Torre of Manteca and their three loving children; Robert Ivan De La Torre, Steven De La Torre and Maritssa De La Torre. He is brother to Leticia Bryant, Paulina De La Torre, Rene De La Torre Jr., Rita Kancheff, Jose De La Torre, Roberto De La Torre and Delia De La Torre.

 Humberto or “ Tio Beto” as he was known  to his family and friends was one of the most giving and generous people. His family was his pride and joy. He enjoyed spending weekends with his family. He worked very hard for them. Humberto was a self- employed plumber, but his family says that he could do and fix anything a real jack of all trades. He will be remembered for his beautiful smile his kind heart, selflessness to others his love for his family and his true friendship.

 Mr. De La Torre services are under the direction of P.L. Fry and Son Funeral Home, 290 N. Union Road, Manteca. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 27, 2010 from 2 to 6 p.m. with a Celebration of his Life immediately following. Final resting place will be private.
