Jimmy Ray Goodwin Sr., 57, entered into rest suddenly on November 10, 2014 in Manteca. He was born in Stilwell, Oklahoma, to James and Mildred Goodwin on March 7, 1957. In heaven, Jimmy joins his loving father.    Jimmy leaves behind his family, his mother Mildred Goodwin, his two sons, Jimmy Goodwin Jr. and wife Crystal of Manteca and Sean Goodwin of Stockton. He was blessed with four grandchildren, Emily, Tayla, Andrew and Jason.  Jimmy has two surviving siblings, Ronnie Goodwin and Teresa Lamendola, both of Manteca.
   Jimmy was a Manteca/Stockton resident. He owned and operated his own landscaping business for many years.  Jimmy was a quiet man with a reserved personality. He treasured his few friends and appreciated the simple things in life. He enjoyed a good cup of coffee and a great conversation with his son, mainly about sports. He loved his family unconditionally, and although a bit stubborn, his big heart always shone through.  He will be remembered as a most loving father, grandfather, brother and friend. He will truly be missed.
