Joseph “Danny” Riggs, 57, died on Saturday, July 17, 2010 in Manteca. He was born on Sept. 17, 1952 in Athens, Tennessee. He was a resident of Manteca for nine years, before that in Chino for 39 years.

He is survived by his mother, Eva Sue Whitfield of Chino. He was preceded in death by his sister Linda Martins.
