Joseph R. Mendoza, age 46, passed away in Stockton, CA, on April 19, 2011. “Joey” was born on December 7, 1964 and lived in the Manteca/Stockton area most of his life.
Joey worked at a car wash and did manual labor different places throughout his life. Survivors include his brother Paul Mendoza of Stockton, CA, sisters Julie Hernandez of Stockton, CA , Tina Harris of Florida; mother Mary Rathjen and step-father Don Rathjen of Manteca, CA. He also leaves four nephews and eight nieces. Services will be held at Park View Funeral Home, 3661 East French Camp Road, Manteca, CA 95336 on Thursday, April 28, at 10 a.m.
A reception will follow at the Tracy Elks Lodge.
