Josephine Landeros Razo, 78, entered into rest on February 5th, 2011 in Manteca. She was born on Jan. 20, 1933 in Seling, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents Philomeno and Clara Razo.

She leaves behind her one and only child Clara Bowling and husband Robert of Lathrop. She was blessed by 2 grandchildren; Robert A. Bowling Jr. and Vanessa L. Bowling. She was a sister to Emilia Castillo of Ocean Side, Grace Razo of Calexico and Guadalupe Gonsales of Stockton.

Josephine was a devout member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church where she became a faithful member of the Legion of Mary. Josephine was a true believer of Our Lady of Guadalupe. She dedicated a large part of her life to the church and she felt as though everyday was a true blessing. Josephine never complained having gone through so much pain with her illness, she always left it in God’s hands and she felt healed with prayer. Josephine will be remembered as being a wonderful and nurturing mother, a loving friend and a faithful servant God.

Arrangements for Josephine are under the direction of P.L. Fry and Son Funeral Home, 290 North Union Road. A visitation will be held at P.L. Fry on Thursday, Feb. 10, 2011 from 1to 5 p.m. A mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, 505 East North Street, Manteca at 12:30 p.m. She will be laid to rest at St John’s Catholic Cemetery.
