Kathi Dee Avila, of Manteca, passed away, September 2, 2011, after a short battle with cancer.

She was born in River-side, California, January 28, 1950. She graduated from Upland High School in Upland, California. She was married to Jim Avila, in Tulare, California, June 19, 1970.

She is survived by her husband Jim Avila, of Manteca, her daughter Tara Avila, of Sacramento, California, her brother Warren Bailey, of Beaverton, Oregon, and numerous brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews.

Kathi will be remembered for her laugh, her amazing talent as a decorator, as a loyal wife, friend, and loving mother; and above all her faithfulness to her God, Jehovah.

Memorial services will be held, Saturday, September 17th, 2011, at 2 p.m., at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses. 7960 Ponderosa Rd, French Camp, Ca.
