Luis was very loving husband, father and brother. However he was better known as a wonderful grandfather to his 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Luis retired after 35 years as an inspector for the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad.  Luis was always at his happiest when socializing with his family while barbequing. He loved to sing and dance to his favorite artist Vicente Fernandez. He enjoyed trips to local casinos as he was always dreaming of hitting the “Big One” especially when buying his weekly lottery tickets. He was an avid 49ers fan and enjoyed any game that was televised. Tending to his roses was something Luis was very well known. He had the most beautiful roses on the block. Luis was an extremely generous man who gave all that he could give even if it meant that he would have to sacrifice the unbearable. Luis had great pride in his children and grandchildren as he loved to spoil each and every one of them. He will be remembered as a devoted husband, an amazing father a special brother and a wonderful grandfather. He will be missed.
