Maris “Renay” Groves, 39, died on Saturday, April 3, 2010. Renay was born in Modesto and raised in Oakdale. She resided in the Manteca area for the last ten years where she worked as a cosmetologist.

She is survived by her children, Melissa Glow, age 20, Jacob Glow, age 17, and Marissa Boone, age 8; her parents Jake and Maris Tuhn; brothers, Keith and Eric Groves; and five nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by many family members who loved her including her niece Haley Groves, age 3, of Escalon.

A memorial will be held on Monday, April 19, at 4 p.m. at the Church of Christ, 33 N. Lee Avenue, Oakdale.
