Mark Allen Brothers, 69, entered into eternal rest on May 20, 2016 in Modesto, CA. He was born on October 27, 1946 in Massachusetts.  He is preceded in death by his beloved mother Thelma Brothers, sister Virginia Rountree and son Bryan Davis.
   Mark leaves behind his loving wife of 27 years Jenean Brothers; his father Clifford Brothers, son Lt. Col. Russ Davis and wife Michelle, his adored grandchildren, Andrew and Haley Davis and his surviving sister Patricia Weiss and husband Robert and nephew Dr. Jason Rountree and wife Victoria and neices Califa, Ash and Gwen.     
    Mark grew up in Tracy and made his home in Manteca for the past 18 years. He received his AA degree from Delta College in Mechanics. He attended the Calvary Community Church in Manteca. He was a maintenance mechanic supervisor and welder for many local and out-of-state companies. He was a member and on the board of directors of the Tracy Wild Life Camping Club. He also volunteered with the Big Brothers organization in Stockton. He was at peace outdoors, camping, hunting and fishing or just adding to his beautiful garden at home. He was proud of his Cobblestone Community, taking great pride in serving the community by being the president of the Manteca Homeowners Association for many years including being the maintenance manager.
He was extremely talented in woodworking, constructing furniture, birdhouses and any special request that came from family and friends. He was an avid Steelers fan, never missing an opportunity to cheer them on to victory. Mark loved traveling especially going on cruises and visiting his family throughout the United States and Europe.  Mark loved all animals and never missed a chance to spend quality time with his dog Harleygirl, walking her daily... always showing her tender loving care. Mark loved his family dearly, his kindness and warm heartedness, transcended through everyone. He will be remembered for his sparkling blue eyes and his ease to smile and enjoyed the little things in life with dedication to helping people and unconditional love.     
  P.L. Fry is honored to serve Mark’s family. A celebration of life will be held in his honor on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at P.L.
