Mark Houbein, of San Francisco, CA, passed away on Friday, November 17, 2017 at the Hospital of Fratta in Cortona, Italy after a brief illness. He was 62. Mark graduated from East Union High School in 1973 and attended University of California, San Francisco where he earned his Master’s Degree in European history.
