Norne Allison Lopes of Manteca CA, passed away June 26, 2016, at the age of 74 years old. She was born in Mt. Holly, New Jersey, daughter to Marian and Harry Fulcher.
   Norne received her nursing degree in 1966 at a school located in West Virginia. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Doctor’s Hospital, as well as, a federal and county employee for over 20 years. She married Ed Lopes in 1971 and settled in Manteca, CA, where she has lived since. Norne loved to crochet as well as spend time visiting with friends and family at the local parks for picnics.
   She is survived by her four children, Elena Mendoza of Manteca, CA; Denean Young of Escalon, CA; Brett Lopes of Colville, WA; and Jerrod Lopes of Stockton, CA; as well as her twelve grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
   She is preceded in death by her parents and son. She will be greatly missed by all family and friends who knew her.
   A celebration of life will be held Thursday, June 30, 2016 at Woodward Park in Manteca, CA, beginning at
5:00 p.m.
