Patricia A. DuBois-Rocha, who just turned 64,  passed away at Kaiser Hospital Modesto on Monday, March 8, from a long  pulmonary disease, with her family by her side. She was born in Bunch, Oklahoma, to the late Lee Maloy and Pauline Shuffield coming to California at the age of six.

She is survived by her two daughters, Mary Veenstra (Dennis) and Christie Gellatly (Chris); her sister Phyllis Harmon; her loving, caring, companion for many years Walt Silva of Manteca. She also is  survived by her three grandchildren who are the loves of her life, Heather Veenstra  (Jay Wilder), Amber Veenstra, and Avery Gellatly. They loved their Nana so much. She was preceded in death by her brother, the late Bobby Maley.

She worked at Van Buskirk Golf Course for many years before becoming ill and made many friends there. She loved Reno and Jackson to play Keno and going to thrift stores and  garage sales for treasures. She was a great cook and you always  had to eat while at her house. She will be forever missed, so much. Please know that even deep loss cannot take away deep love.

Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial on Friday, March 19, at 11:30 a.m. at the Ambler’s Club, 2000 Ambler’s Lane in Stockton with reception following there.
