Peggy Jean Taylor, 60, entered into rest on January 26, 2012 in Manteca, CA.  She was born February 6, 1951 in Modesto, CA. She now joins both her parents, Lewis and Phylis “Vicky” Reavis in peace.

Ms. Taylor is survived by her loving companion, Bobby Martinez of Manteca, her son Shawn and his wife Erin Taylor, her grandson Logan Taylor all of Sonoma, her brother Daryl and his wife Chris Reavis and their daughters Jennifer and Renee of San Rafael.  She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins in the Central Valley.

Peggy worked as a merchandiser for 10 years for Core-Mark International Inc.  Peggy had previously worked at the Sonoma Developmental Center.  She enjoyed gardening, as well as cooking.  Peggy loved taking trips to the beach and she cherished those special moments spending time with her grandson.

Arrangements for Ms. Taylor are under the direction of P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home, 290 N. Union Road, Manteca, CA. 95337.  Services are private.  There will be a celebration of her life held on Sunday, February 12, 2012 at Chez Shari, 305 N. Union Road, Manteca, CA from 12pm to 3pm.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Doctor’s Hospital Auxiliary, 1205 E.
