Sarah Lou Fields was born November 25, 1934 in Oklahoma to parents Frank and Marie Terry and went to be with the Lord on April 11, 2013.

She was the youngest of three children and was preceded in passing by her brothers John Terry and Ernest Terry.

Sarah graduated from Manteca High School in 1951 at the age of 16.  She was a long time resident of the Manteca area.  She worked as an executive assistant for many years and was hired as the first Office Manager when Doctors Hospital of  Manteca first opened in 1962.

She is survived by her three children, Debra (Vandenberg) Hazenberg (Robert) of  Manteca, Lisa Eisenga of Ripon, and Damon Eisenga (Darci) of Escalon, and two grandchildren Morgan and Mekenna Eisenga of Escalon.

Sarah was an incredibly vivacious, independent woman.  She loved to garden and travel.  She will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Interment will be private at Parkview Cemetery, Garden of Memories.
