The Ripon Unified school board tonight will receive an update on the Colony Oak Elementary Modernization Project. Khush Gheyara, who is the chief financial officer at Caldwell Flores Winters, Inc., and Senior Project Manager Deanna Shirlock of CT Brayton & Sons will provide the report during the 7 p.m. open session in the Council Chambers, 259 N. Wilma Ave. Thus far, the demolition of the hard-court areas has been completed, with the building pads already being built and certified for this voter-approved Measure G project. The leach field and septic tank connection to the existing campus lines are also done along with the installation of a temporary lift station.
