A year later it jumped to 10th.Today the westbound morning commute is the third worst in the Bay Area.The average daily traffic count hits 148,000 vehicles when I-580 reaches Corral Hollow Road just west of the Alameda County Line. By the time it reaches Hopyard Road in Pleasonton it spikes to 222,000 vehicles a day.
