Day 120

Another normal Monday. I had all my food made and measured and ready to hit my macros for the whole day. I got through the work day before going to get my sister after school. I then got ready for another start to a great week at CORE. I got a good back workout in followed up by 25 minutes of stair work for cardio. I then returned home to eat dinner and finish my night.

Day 121

Same as yesterday I had all my meals planned out and ready for the day ahead. I was fading away throughout the day waiting for the clock to hit 2 so I could enjoy the rest of my day. I again went to get my sister then head to CORE once again. I got a great chest day in. I know it was great because I could barely lift a 40 pound dumbbell which is usually pretty light to me. I then followed up with some cardio on the treadmill to end my night, while watching, (yelling at my phone), the warriors game. I ended my night finishing the game then getting some rest.

Day 122

As I do most Wednesdays I start my day at CORE. Today I almost regretted that. I have not done a boot camp class since December and was not prepared to do one like Robert had planned. As I stepped out of my car I hear the heavy breathing screams to get back in my car and leave from other CORE members. I did not care at the time because I was unaware I would be doing the same thing. Once it was complete I was done, dead tired and ready to sleep the day away. A great work out that kicked my butt and at the same time I loved it. I returned home to rest for a few hours before getting my sister and returning for one more workout. A good leg day to end my day.

Day 123

Well another day spent working on my day off. Similar to most my morning work days I picked my sister up and then headed to CORE where I weighed in and was not happy about that number on the scale. At the same time I knew my weight does not matter as much as other measurements we did not go through. Robert changed my Macros and now we will see how that goes. I then got to work with a shoulder workout that I struggled with because of how sore my entire body was. I returned home once I was done so that I could watch the Warriors game and relax to end my night.

Day 124

Once again I started my day off at CORE. I got in a bicep and tricep workout before doing some cardio which was going to be treadmill work but changed into playing Frisbee. I then returned home to get ready for work where I ended my night and began my morning.

Day 125

Well I got off at 6 a.m. and slept once I got off before waking up at 1p.m. to go to work. Luckily I have tomorrow off. I had an easy day at work to end my day.

Day 126

Well I started my day off early and got ready and headed off to Raley’s Field in Sacramento for my sister’s All-City Ceremony. Once the ceremony ended I headed home to just get a day of relaxation in before the week ahead began.
