Day 71

I started today off in a down mood I guess you can say. Not ready for the work day ahead of me and not very motivated to do anything for the day. I got up and made myself breakfast before heading off to work. Shortly after arriving to work I found out I was once again staying for an extra shift and that means another week of no working out on a Monday. Luckily I brought pre-packed meals of chicken, quinoa and broccoli with my yogurt and granola to make my day easier as far as my diet went. After my day was finished I went straight home to get some rest for the next day.

Day 72

Another day waking up not motivated to do anything. I was determined to get off work and go to the gym ASAP, hoping that being at CORE would motivate me to have a better day. Once I was off work I got ready to go to the gym but went to Manteca High first to watch my sister in her game. After the game was over I went straight to CORE and luckily it turned my day around. After a successful chest and tri workout I hit the treadmill for 25 minutes of a fast paced uphill walk. After the workout I stayed and helped a little bit with measuring out the area where CORE will be having their yoga classes. I then stayed a while after to talk with Robert about the competition and all the new and exciting additions that are being made to CORE. After all that I went home to catch up on some much needed rest.

Day 73

After sleeping in this morning, I woke up and started my day off at CORE with a good back and bi workout followed by 20 minutes of running stairs and doing Lebert Bar rows after every 5 sets of stairs. I was ready to call it a day after that but it was only noon and I still had things to do. Once my workout was finished I went home to relax before going to the movies with my fiancé. I was tempted to get the buttery popcorn or the cheese sticks they had but stayed away from those foods and was able to watch the movie without eating junk food. After the movie was over I went home and made myself a snack of sliced turkey meat and broccoli before going back to CORE for a long leg workout. At the beginning of the workout I was motivated but about half way through I had to find my motivation and push through just to get it finished. It was one of the worst workouts I have had in a very long time but still one that had my legs feeling tired at the end. I returned home to enjoy the rest of my night and relax for the coming day.

Day 74

I did not sleep as long as I usually do but once I woke up I started my day off with getting all of my yard work done then went to CORE after that. At CORE I completed a successful shoulder workout with no cardio for the day. I then went to my grandparents to help re-enforce the fence my papa had put up within the last week. After that I went to pick up my sister from school to get all of her softball gear. I then continued to work on the fence before taking my sister back to her school for her game in Oakdale. After dropping her off I was hungry and went home to make myself some green beans and a turkey sandwich. After I ate I started to get ready to head off to Oakdale for my sister’s game. Not a good showing for her team but I was still happy to go. After the game I returned home to make dinner and make my meals for the next few days. After doing all my meal prep I went to bed to get some rest before my work week began.

Day 75

A day that I like to go to the AM class for Frisbee and I slept through my alarm once again and because of that I just decided to sleep as long as I could before going to CORE to play Frisbee with the 1030 a.m. class. After a good Frisbee game I ended my workout with 100 tire throws. By the time I was done with all of that it was time for me to go home and start to get ready for work. I had a quick meal of fish and quinoa before going to work. After an uneventful day I returned home to end my day and get ready for the CORE grand opening.

Day 76

Now usually I just sleep in on Saturdays but today I got up early and went to help clean up at CORE before the big grand opening. After working and trying to stay away from the donuts that were there I gave in and ate one. I added it into my macros for the day and could not believe how much fat was in one donut. I had to cut down on some of my eating for the remainder of my day but still kept it close to my daily Macros. I ended my day at work and luckily did not have to stay for overtime.

Day 77

Happy Easter! I did not have the Cadbury eggs or get to participate in any Easter activities. Instead I went to work for my Easter Sunday. It was an eventful day at work and I had forgotten my lunch and did not eat the whole shift. Luckily I had my meal still prepped and ready for when I got home. I ended my night by eating my last meal I had prepped and ready then turned in for the night.
