Day 141

Another start to my week with an early shift at work. I am exhausted and not ready for the day. While I was at work I was asked to work overtime once again but this time I was able to leave at 2 p.m. but came back at 10 p.m. So in the 8 hours between being at work I got in a good back, leg and bicep workout. I also had to make myself a little dinner before getting about 2 hours of sleep before going back to work where I ended my night.

Day 142

I am still at work at work until 2 p.m. Once I was off, instead of sleeping I went straight to CORE to get in a good chest, tricep and shoulder workout. The last 2 days have been different as far as which body parts I have been working. But still a good different that I am enjoying. I then returned home to shower and relax to watch the Warriors game. I only lasted a few minutes into the game before falling asleep for the rest of the first half. I did however wake up in time to catch the second half of the game, which I wasn’t happy about, but that is how I ended my night.

Day 143

With the lack of sleep I have had the last week or so I decided to sleep in today. I was woken up a little early because I had to go cake tasting for the wedding. Yes, a nightmare in some ways but something that had to be done for my wedding. We were able to choose our flavors and I have found that banana cake with peanut butter filling is the best thing I have ever tasted. Luckily I only tried small pieces so it did not ruin my diet for the whole day. After cake tasting I picked up my sister on the way home then went straight to CORE. It was a battle rope day. Something new, and something tough. I put my training mask on, which I have not been using too much lately, and that killed me. I was tired and my body was finished at the end of the workout. I still loved every second of it.

Day 144

My day off is spent once again at work. Thinking I was getting off at 2 p.m., I instead got off shortly after 4. I then went to pick up my sister before going to CORE to get in a full body workout. I got it done as fast as possible so I could get home and relax to watch the Warriors game. I made it on time and relaxed while watching the game to end my “day off”.

Day 145

I tried to sleep as much as I could knowing I would be at work until 6 a.m. tomorrow morning. That did not happen. Instead I was but before 8 a.m. and decided to do all my meal prep for the week before heading to the gym. It took a little longer than I anticipated and I was a few minutes late to CORE but I did not miss any time to play Frisbee. After another fun game of Frisbee I went home to start getting ready for work where I spent the remainder of my day.

Day 146-147

Both days were pretty similar, I got off work at 6 a.m. and went back at 2 p.m. each day. So that means my days were spent sleeping and working once again. Another way to finish a busy week and ready to bring on week 22!
