The Manteca High girls golf team overcame a strong effort form Oakdale’s Dylanie Donahue in a 287-297 victory at Manteca Park Golf Course on Tuesday.

Donahue was low medalist with a 6-over 43 while Milan Latanzio pitched in a third-place score of 55, but the winless Mustangs (0-3) had four players finish 61 and higher.

Manteca was paced by runner-up Katie Hankins’ 51. Logan Jackson added a 56, Danika Hunt a 59, Dominique Graham a 61 and Sarah Vegas a 62.

The Buffaloes (2-1) face off with intra-city foe Sierra (3-1) today.
