MODESTO (AP) — Dominic Miroglio singled twice, scoring two runs as the Visalia Rawhide defeated the Modesto Nuts 6-3 on Tuesday.
Mark Karaviotis doubled and singled with three RBIs for Visalia.
Tommy Eveld got Donnie Walton to fly out with runners on second and third to end the game for his fourth save of the season.
Down 3-2, the Rawhide took the lead for good with four runs in the seventh inning. Marcus Wilson hit a two-run double en route to the three-run lead.
Randall Delgado (2-0) got the win with a scoreless inning in relief while Danny Garcia (0-5) took the loss in the California League game.
Luis Liberato tripled and doubled twice for the Nuts.
