STOCKTON – Zach Grabowski belted a two-RBI single Tuesday to highlight a four-run Northgate second inning on the way to a 10-2 semifinal win over Mountain House in District 67 10-12 All Star action at Paul Weston Park.

 Grabowski led a 13-hit parade for Northgate, going 2 for 4 with two RBI and two runs. Brandon Pine (2 for 2) and Diego Gonzalez (2 for 4, two runs) each had two RBI and Josh Seals went 2 for 2. Noah Calmes added an RBI and a run. 

 Grabowski started on the mound for Northgate and went two and two-thirds innings, allowing two runs on five hits, striking out five and walking none. Josh Seals and Noah Calmes finished the game, allowing no hits in the final three and one-third innings, striking out five.

 Northgate tallied six steals.

 Northgate faces Spreckels Park in a semifinal contest Friday at 6 p.m.

 TRACY – Northgate scored 15 runs in the first innings At Legacy Fields.

 Koa Rodrigues led Northgate, going 4 for 4 with two RBI, three doubles, four runs, a stolen base and he threw three runners out from behind the plate. Kenji Tine racked up six RBI, going 3 for 3 with a home run and Anthony Oteri reached base four times, netting two RBI and belting a home run.

 Northgate gave up just one hit. 

 Northgate faces Tracy American on Friday at 5:30 p.m. in a semifinal game.
