Halloween: Haunted houses & alien crash sites

The San Joaquin County 4-H Domestic Exchange project takes place tonight and Saturday from 6 to 11 p.m. as well as Sunday and Monday from 6 to 10 p.m. at 13616 S. Highway 99 East Frontage between Lathrop Road and French Camp Road.

The cost is $5 per person or $10 per family (same household).

FREE EVENTS: Among the free events are various neighborhood haunted houses. Among them is one staged by the Arrollo family and neighbors at 409 Mylnar Ave. just off North Street near Doctors Hospital of Manteca. The free haunted house is from 6 to 10 p.m.

ALIENS IN LATHROP:
The Lathrop Senior Center will be hosting an alien-themed Halloween Walkthrough on Sunday and Monday, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Lathrop Senior Center (15707 Fifth Street, Lathrop). Kids and parents alike will enjoy watching what happens when aliens and the military come together.

After the thrill is over refreshments will be for sale along with trick-or-treat candy for the kids. Refreshments will include alien pizza, alien slime and hot dogs.
