Sierra High Principal Steve Clark recently announced Nicole Allison and Siddharthan Gopendran as, respectively, the valedictorian and salutatorian for the Class of 2025.

With graduation about a month away, Sierra High recently announced the top academic students for the Class of 2025.

This took place at the biannual Lobo Gold Rally where Nicole Allison was unveiled as valedictorian and Siddharthan Gopendran was named salutatorian.

“They have achieved the highest academic honors that are bestowed upon a graduate at SHS,” said Principal Steve Clark at the April 10 event.

Allison and Gopendran, in addition to giving their speech at the May special event, will receive a plaque, medallion, and graduation regalia for their accomplishments.

Meanwhile, the Lobo Gold Rally celebrated the academic achievements of 1,320 students.

Of that, 246 earned Lobo Gold honors for their 4.0+ grade point average.

Another 644 students achieved Lobo Silver with 3.25+ GPAs.

Some 472 were recognized with Lobo Blue (2.25+ GPA).

SHS also honored students who went “above and beyond” in living out the school’s core values with the PACK Awards.

The Lobo Gold Rally featured entertainment as well by leadership students, including Old Town Road, Call Me Maybe, and Opps…I Did it Again.
