The incumbents for both Manteca Unified and Ripon Unified school boards continue to lead in the voting process.
On Tuesday evening, the San Joaquin County Registrar of Voters office released additional tallies from last week's election.
More results can be expected to come out weekly until all votes are counted.
Trustee Kathy Howe (2,410 votes) continues to maintain her comfortable lead over Brandy Perkins (1,391) in the MUSD Area 2 race.
Ditto that for Christopher 'Kit' Oase (898) in RUSD Trustee Area 3. He's managed to collect over 67-percent of the votes, leading challengers Tiffany Treece (240) and Timothy O. Mathews (185).
There will be a new face on the RUSD school board with Chad Huskey opting out.
Jason Winter currently leads Joe Franscella for that Trustee Area seat, 646-363.
Here's the updated tally for the following races:
Lathrop Mayor / City Council
It appears that Mayor Sonny Dhaliwal can look forward to another four years.
Thus far, he has 78 percent of the votes in his reelection bid, leading challenger John Thanh Do by a wide margin, 3,697-999.
Councilman Paul Akinjo (3,084) remains ahead of both Diane Lazard (2,691) and Christina Campoy-Laughlin (1,779).
Ripon City Council
Michael Restuccia (3,309) and Dean Uecker (2,966) remain the top two votegetters in the three-candidate race.
Tamra Spade (2,151) is not too far off from the leaders.
Restuccia and Uecker will need to maintain their positions to remain in office for another four years.

Roos is ahead of Holmes, 2,902-2,337.

He currently has 3,495 votes.
Meanwhile, Jimmy Barbour (2,925) continues to lead incumbent Harrison Gibbs (2,513) for that second seat.
